What to bring.
- 01Training shoesFlat sole for lifting works best. Runners are fine, slides are not.
- 02Water bottleRefill station by the door. We do not sell bottled water on principle.
- 03TowelSmall towel for the bench. Showers are clean and quick.
- 04Anything elseA friend, a notebook, a question about your form. Bring all three.
Your first session.
- 0–10 minTalk. Goals, injuries, training history, how your week looks. We listen first.
- 10–25 minMobility screen. Where you move well, where you don't, where to start.
- 25–55 minA light first session. Real lifts, light weight. You leave knowing what comes next.
- 55–60 minCool down. Two coffees from next door. Notes for next time.
