What to bring.

  1. 01Training shoesFlat sole for lifting works best. Runners are fine, slides are not.
  2. 02Water bottleRefill station by the door. We do not sell bottled water on principle.
  3. 03TowelSmall towel for the bench. Showers are clean and quick.
  4. 04Anything elseA friend, a notebook, a question about your form. Bring all three.

Your first session.

  1. 0–10 minTalk. Goals, injuries, training history, how your week looks. We listen first.
  2. 10–25 minMobility screen. Where you move well, where you don't, where to start.
  3. 25–55 minA light first session. Real lifts, light weight. You leave knowing what comes next.
  4. 55–60 minCool down. Two coffees from next door. Notes for next time.
